1. Service

REPLIXA AI provides website generation, authorized reconstruction, crawling, code generation, quality assurance, project storage and release packaging.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account information, credentials and activity.

3. Rights to submitted material

You may only submit material you own, control or are legally authorized to use. You remain responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy, licensing and other third-party rights.

4. Generated output

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use and modify generated source code. REPLIXA does not transfer ownership of third-party material merely because it appears in output.

5. Credits and purchases

Credits are platform usage units and are not currency. Prices are shown before purchase. By purchasing you authorize the selected payment provider to process the displayed amount.

6. Refunds and failed work

Refund and credit-release behavior follows platform billing rules and may depend on costs already incurred.

7. AI output

AI output may contain errors or omissions. Review generated code and content before production use.

8. Prohibited use

No unlawful copying, access-control bypass, malicious software, privacy violations, impersonation, fraud or other illegal use.

9. Third-party services

Hosting, AI providers, payment processors, mail systems and external APIs may affect availability.

10. Production configuration

A QA-passed project may still require valid environment variables, credentials, DNS, database and third-party settings.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REPLIXA is provided on an as-available basis and liability is limited for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Changes

Terms may be updated and material changes may require renewed acceptance.
